The death is announced of David Cuthbert Anthony Sawney better known as Pucky & Baige of La Fillette, St. Andrew, who passed away on Monday 13th February 2023 at the age of 67 .
He was the Father of: Shannel Calliste and Shone St. Louis in the U.K, Antonio Lewis and Kayla Courtney in Grenada
He was the Grand Father of: Arianna Calliste, Jamaul and Kairo Samuel in the U.K
He was the Brother of: Eugene Sawney in the U.S, Clifford Blaize in Panama, Rudolph Steele in Trinidad, Eulene Alfred in Tobago, Denise Sawney- Mark in Canada, Yolande Noel, Claudette, Carlton, Richard and Franklyn in Grenada
He was the Brother in Law of: Lisda Sawney in the U.S, Alfred Mark in Grenada and Whitney Alfred in Tobago
Uncle of many in Grenada, U.S and Trinidad
Many other relatives, friends and neighbours of La Fillette and surrounding areas including The Sawney Family in the U.S, Grenada and U.K, The Thomas Family of La Fillette, The Mc Neilly and Keens Douglas Families in Grenville, His former colleagues at The Mirabeau Abattoir.
Funeral Service for the late David Cuthbert Anthony Sawney will take place on Wednesday March 1st at 1pm at The St. Andrew’s Anglican Church and Internment at The Grand Bras Cemetery.
